Fort Nassau offers a great Summer Tasting Menu during the month of July! Try three different appetizers, two main courses and two desserts from our new al la carte en dessert menu’s! and because summer is in the air, we have live music every Thursday!
The appetizer trio consists of a Fort Nassau signature dish, the red beet carpaccio with goat cheese-truffle croquette and two new dishes, a Caribbean shrimp & sweet potato chowder with bacon bits and Cajun popcorn and a pan fried soy and sesame scallop with roasted macadamia nuts.
The main course is a surf & turf style combination of a new comer on the Fort Nassau a la carte menu, the Picanha served with grilled green tomato salsa with cumin & cilantro and Parmesan ‘funchi’ fries and a Fort Nassau favorite, the grilled shrimp in garlic cream sauce, served with colorful vegetable julienne and cassava croquette.
Dessert is combination of two new desserts at the Fort, a true duo of healthy and guilty pleasure… The chia and vanilla seed pudding with passion fruit and honey syrup is somewhat healthy and excellent for our Vegan guests, and the extra dark chocolate ganache tarte with caramel sauce, strawberry, sea salt and pecan nuts…well what can we say…
