Remember we said there is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction?
Restaurant Fort Nassau has always been known -and appreciated- for its somewhat classic menu and ambiance. But we made a change two years ago when the restaurant was remodeled and refurnished in order to create a more casual and modern atmosphere. This, of course, also includes a new lunch menu!
The new lunch menu features a variety of soup, salads, sandwiches and warm dishes. Some of the new ‘Fort favorites’ are the Dijon mustard soup with smoked duck breast, pine nuts and chives, the salad with roasted red beet and goat cheese croquettes and the Italian club sandwich with sun dried tomato tapenade, prosciutto, mozzarella, pastrami and basil mayo!
Vegetarians are also very welcome at the Fort! Choose one of our vegetarian lunch dishes or give your waiter a heads-up and the chef will prepare your lunch to order. Our vegetarian signature dish is without a doubt the homemade ravioli of pumpkin in truffle sauce with Parmesan shavings.
