Your experience begins with an appetizer trio, and is followed by a generous pan of Dutch mussels prepared in three distinct styles – Traditional, with a classic blend of white wine, herbs and vegetables; French, enriched with truffle, mushrooms and cognac; or Thai, with the vibrant flavors of lemongrass, coconut and chili. Complete your experience by adding your choice of dipping sauces and side dishes. A refreshing dessert provides the perfect sweet conclusion.
