Farm to table Easter menu 2015
From the farm to your table! Chef Thomas always uses as many locally produced products as possible. This Easter the menu was completely in the ‘Farm to table’ theme, making it a super fresh, local and spring inspired menu.
Nowadays Curacao has different small farms and nurseries and the number keeps growing! From vegetable farms to micro green farms, local honey, egg and dairy producers to local fisherman bringing in fresh seafood daily.
I don’t even know how I finished up here, however I believed this post used to be great.
