Dinner buffet
Choices, choices and more choices! With this dinner buffet you are sure to please all guests! Guests can choose from different nice fresh salads and cold dishes, including the traditional favorite, the ‘Ham di pasku’. Christmas tasting menu
Our ‘regular’ Tasting menu is transformed for the festive December month and is one you do not want to miss! It is called ’tasting menu’ as you have an appetizer trio plus dessert trio! That means three little appetizers on one plate and better yet… three delicious desserts to taste at the end of your meal! The main course is also one to mention… it’s a great steak topped with tempura shrimp. Of course we offer an alternative main course for guests who prefer fish or a vegetarian option.
Cocktail reception
Not looking for a sit-down event? No problem, we also offer great Christmas hors d’oeuvres for a cocktail reception. Our hors d’oeuvre list is endless, but in the link below you will find some nice ideas. It is also possible to arrange a ‘walking dinner’ with mini appetizer style dishes. Please contact us if you are interested and we will send you our proposal. Another option is to do mini food stations in addition to a few snacks. This way guests can find snacks any time during the reception. This is especially nice when the groups are large.
