Maar daar is verandering in gekomen sinds een jaar of twee geleden, met de renovatie en nieuwe inrichting om een meer informele en moderne sfeer te cre\u00ebren. En dit jaar hebben we ons tot doel gesteld om het \u00e0 la carte menu te wijzigen en zo helemaal aan te sluiten bij de nieuwe &#8216;casual fine dining experience&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Het nieuwe \u00e0 la carte menu biedt een verscheidenheid aan vlees, vis en zeevruchten gerechten, sommige met een lokale twist; lamsfilet in groene banaan korst, gepaneerde kippenborst geserveerd met puree van groene banaan en gember en ossenhaas bedekt met gorgonzola geserveerd met truffel polenta zijn al een aantal van de nieuwe \u2018Fort favorieten\u2019.<br \/>\nVegetari\u00ebrs zijn ook van harte welkom op het Fort! Geef uw ober een seintje en de chef-kok zal uw diner naar wens bereiden.
