Yesterday the chef presented and explained the different dishes to the waiter team and of course they also tasted everything… needless to say they all have their favorite dish already picked-out…
The new appetizer that everyone loved was the spinach & quinoa salad with calamari in vinaigrette, and healthy! The pumpkin soup is back on the menu after it being so popular in a festive menu from December. One of the main dishes is also a combination of two ‘guest-pleasers’, the salmon! A completely new main course is the Serrano wrapped chicken with pappardelle & mushrooms, served with smokey tomato sauce. What can we say about dessert… if you love desserts, you have to try them all…!!! All desserts have the silky, sweet and crunchy combination which give that ‘oh hhhmmmm’ factor in your mouth.
